Virus and Spyware RemovalStep Two - Safe ModeNow plug your network cable back in and reboot your computer to enter Safe Mode. To do this you need to start tapping the F8 key as soon as your computer begins to start up. If you see the Windows logo then you've already missed it and will need to reboot. When done correctly you should see a text menu with a bunch of options. Choose Safe Mode with Networking. Your computer will then begin booting into safe mode, which may take considerably longer to load so be patient. Virtually no viruses or most Spyware will start or run in safe mode.
