Request Help Please make sure to fill out all fields in order to help us take care of your problem quickly. We must have a working phone number or else we might not be able to contact you to help fix your problem. You can call us at (706) 542-3333 during normal hours to see the status of your case. If you are not going to be available at the phone number you listed very often, please make sure to call us so that we can help you when you are around. We cannot work in your room without you being present.

Please include as much useful information as possible in the Details field below. Examples of useful information include:

  • When you will be available for us to call
  • If your computer has been online at UGA within the last month
  • If you recently moved, or had the system registered elsewhere
  • If your roommate has the same problem
  • If other people on your hall/building are having the same problem
  • How long has this been a problem, and if it has happened before
  • If your cable modem's "Link" light is blinking (check the front display)
  • If you changed hardware recently or had your computer worked on
  • If your computer works in other areas on campus (for wireless)
