Services from STS

Residence Hall Internet Service - STS is the primary call center for questions and concerns involving network access in the residence halls. We will first attempt to fix problems over the phone, and create appointments for on-site service if necessary. During the move-in week before school, we are incredibly busy and may not be able to make individual appointments for on-site service. We need a working phone number to reach anyone requesting service and cannot enter any room without the student present. Without an easy way for us to reach you, the resolution of reported problems may be delayed.

PAWS Wireless - STS supports all users of the PAWS Wireless network. You must have a MyID to connect to PAWS and need to contact the Help Desk if you have any MyID questions. We provide phone support and offer clients walk-in support for wireless problems.

Family Housing Internet and Phone Service - Like the residence halls, we fully support Family and Graduate Housing residence for network support. We also offer phone support for phone service questions and forward problems to the correct groups. Please keep in touch with STS for questions about any pending problems.
